We present our results related to the synthesis of cyano (CN)-terminal LCs here. We classify molecules into seven categories: Alkyl tail CN-biphenyl, Alkoxy tail CN-biphenyl, Ester tail CN-biphenyl, Linked CN phenyl, CN Hetero-aryl, CN-Naphthyl, CN-terphenyl.
